iFox wow -- that's cool that you and your ex are friends now. Do you ever see each other? does he ever play for you?

It's gratifying and heartwarming when people you love or have loved do well. My longest-term boyfriend was an architect and hated it when we were together. A few years ago he said Fuck it, quit architecture, and became an artist, which is what he'd always wanted to be. Sooo happy for him!

It can be tough when people you don't respect do well. Tho usually I think people get found out if they're not the real deal. Or their success is hollow. Or it's deserved and I just have a bug up my ass and need to get over it. Usually, tho, I don't resent other people's success too much.
