i'm not saying i'm glad he's dead....

i never wished ill on him or said i was glad he's dead. all i said was that he was a terrible president, which is the truth! and as for the hostage crisis, duh, the iranians would have released them to anybody but carter. that is the reason they waited until january 21st of 80 to do it. hell, carter was more of a postitive influence on the ME than reagan ever was, much like clinton was compared to dubya.

i can appreciate that we should pause to remember the passing of a president. i too paused to remember the gipper, this afternoon while sitting on the couch correcting papers. then i remembered, "man! that guy sucked!" besides, he's been dead for ten years anyway, what with the alzheimers.
