I agree with a lot you say here but....
So it was only back in the ussr he did not play on because paul felt he could not get it right
No, the reason Ringo wasn't on BITUSSR was because he quit the band the day before and didn't return for a week or so. It's the only Beatles song to feature 3 different Beatles playing the drums, as the other 3 filled in on different parts of that song behind the drum kit. Had Ringo been there, he would have played the drums alone on that song. There was a song or 2 that McCartney did play the drums on instead of Ringo because he felt he could get a better sound, but this one wasn't one of them.
