Yeah, I would say Stones too.
Mick Taylor was above anyone in either band.
Drumming --- let's be honest, neither band is one where drumming is really front and center, and neither man would make the list of top 5 all time drummers despite being in the greatest bands of all time. Then again, the use of drums is better in Beatle music. I'm thinking of drums heard on Sgt Pepper's, Abbey Road, The White Album, and in singles like Hey Jude, among other tracks and albums. So I might have to pick Starr over our beloved Mr Watts.
Vocals - I believe Jagger is an underrated vocalist and he is better than Lennon. But McCartney has shown he can sing better than Lennon, Jagger, or Richards. This, of course, is a highly subjective area.
