What a story about your friend! Sad indeed. If I recall, didn't BBB also take his own life? Either that or he was killed in some kind of accident. I also recall hearing years before he died, that he was almost killed in a house fire in his neighborhood where he saved the lives of several small children and he got burned real bad in the process when he went into the house to save them.

As far as your friend being a big Tull fan, yeah, such fans are out there and it's not just bands like the Stones who have such fans that go to all of their shows. But getting the very same seats for every show is another deal indeed!
