I can't help but think of Keith Richards when talking about cheese and the true phobia he has with it. He won't touch the stuff! Yet I love cheese myself, even if it is bad for ya.

You ever have pizza without cheese? I bet Keith eats his that way. I make a great homemade pizza myself, but there's this kid that Jackie and I help raise 10 years ago who hates and refuses to eat cheese to this day (he's 20 now). So he lives in Denver now and was here a few weeks ago for a extended visit, and one night I made the family pizza, and just like when he was a boy, I had to make a separate one for him - without cheese. He loved it as usual, but still, how the hell do you eat pizza without cheese? But I told him, if Keith Richards ever dropped by here, thanks to you I'll know how to make him a pizza he just might eat. Then again, the hell with pizza pie, I make a killer Shepard's Pie, and that's Keith's favorite food I understand, so I'd make Keith that instead. Not that I expect him to drop by anytime soon.
