Actually I didn't keep the board informed at at all at first, my daughter Jackie did, as I was in the hospital. But that was the most painful thing I ever had to endure in my life.
Manny, the reason nobody has air conditioning here is that they aren't needed. We average one day a year of 90 degree heat, that's it, and then it cools off big time every single night. But this year that isn't the case. Today was the hottest day in 5 years here, as it hit 94 degrees, and I was longing for the winter to get here!... but by 6 PM the sun was gone and we got a bit of rain for a half hour, and by 7pm it was in the lower 60s and the house cooled off real fast with the wind blowing. By 10pm I had to close all by one window in the house (downstairs anyway) since it cooled off so much!
