Gunnison, Colorado

Gunnison is the county seat and the most populous municipality of Gunnison County, Colorado and sits at a elevation of 7,703 ft (2,347 m) . As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 6,560. Gunnison is also the home to Western State Colorado University. It's also about 20 miles east of Blue Mesa Reservoir.
