We actually got rain today!!!! But this morning the smoke from the wildfires was as bad as it's been at my home yet; we couldn't see the mountains at times 'cause of the smoke and and it smelled oh so bad. But it was cloudy all day and cooler, too, then it started to rain in the afternoon. Tonight I got the downstairs windows all closed since it's in the 40s outside. Thank goodness for the rain, but now I'm smelling smoke again, plus where the biggest fire is in Colorado, by my daughter's place (which I wrote about the other day), the rain mainly missed them down over there. I don't know how she can stand it at this rate, after 2 weeks of that crap!
