MEZ...so sorry to hear about your marriage breaking up. I hope the transition happens smoothly. Please take good care of yourself at this time, even tho you might not sometimes really want to. It'll help the kiddos to see that their dad is sad but basically ok.
We're here when you're not feeling ok, and you've got all of our ears, and we'll be rooting for you. A friend of mine got divorced a couple years ago, and actually joined a group of dads who would meet weekly, figure out how to make things work in their new lives, with the kids, 2 living places, and all that stuff, as well as making sure you have good legal and emotional support in place. He didn't think he's the "kind of guy" who would do that, but now a few of these guys and he are still pals, and he just ran his first half-marathon this weekend.
Hope you'll make sure to keep joy and laughter in your life. Again, you might not feel like it -- but maybe schedule in some watch Marx Bros movies or whatever makes you laugh your ass off, get into nature, sing with your kids, whatever makes you remember what it feels like to be happy.
