That is understandable... this country has had some pretty terrible moments we should learn from, and that sure is one of them. I was too young to remember any of it, but I do recall conversations with my parents who do recall the events pretty clearly. We should never have anything near that here again (but as you explained we are getting it in otherways - and taking terrible backwards steps). Unfortunately what is happening in other part of the world still and recently is with military might crushing it's peoples in the streets who protest.
War is not the answer to evil as some might want you to think and feel and fear! Mankind has a long way to go. Let's hope we (everyone/everywhere) find our way to Peace and Harmony in leaps and bounds ASAP! We are all on this little blue ball together. I hope we see those steps being taking in the right direction in our lifetimes Al!
