My first Stones album was a cassette. In 1979 when Apocalypse Now came out, I fell in love with 'Satisfaction'. I believe the water skiing scene was featured in commercials for the movie. At the same time, there was a greatest hits album... I believe Session's Presents: The Rolling Stones, being heavily advertised on TV. I asked for a tape player and a tape that had 'Satisfaction' on it for Christmas. That was my gift from my parents that year.

I also received my first studio album; Sticky Fingers, from my brother's girlfriend that year. My brother gave me David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust. To this day both albums are in my top 5 favorites of all time.
