First to answer your question, my name is pronounced just like the game and not how it's spelled. It's not pronounced "Ken no", but is pronounced "Key no"!
Now, about the song "Gomper" and all the incorrect info on the song being made here today about it! I know in emails the 2 of us even talked about what this title is about, so why don't you believe me?.... and where on Earth were you told it refers to someone who is of low intelligence!? That is a total falsehood! It doesn't and has never meant that! You Gomper, a real life preacher, couldn't have taken a better handle, since the name is spiritual to eastern religions. It's comes from the Tibetan Buddhist world "gompa" - which means "temple" and it also is used to describe a eastern religion ritual that is conducted to bring peace and happiness to people.
It has nothing at all to do with some "boisterous forest creature"!
