That was good to read, so thanks for the link! I'm not surprised that the 2 were friends as the writer of that piece noted. They were both wild parting musicians in their early days who in time mellowed. There are so many people like that, including myself, old age does change you... well, it changes most. Many never see old age since they were so wild in their youth and never made it there, while a small few see old age and stay wild, or just grow mean and ugly, so goes life.
