For me, it's one of their greatest songs ever

Time Waits For No One is an instant 10. Just like the earlier poll of Can't You hear Me Knocking, I don't even need a second to give it the highest rating. I've loved the song for decades and if I were forced to pick my top ten Stones songs (something I would have great difficulty with) Time Waits For No One would easily be on the list. Its romantic, stirring, a bit wistful, and its instrumentally gorgeous and perfect in everyway. I love Taylor's guitar, I love the keyboards, and the wonderful way the song trails off. If I were awarded magic powers to have The Rolling Stones play a couple of songs live that they've never played before, Time Waits For No One ALWAYS comes to mind, along with Winter.

One day someone will develop Artificial Intelligence that will allow us to hear the Stones play these songs live in any era of the band's history that we choose and you'll be hard pressed to know its not real. I don't know why I just thought of that. Oh well...
