I did not get my first flat screen till way late in the game
You got a flat screen? I still got 2 old TVs (one, a Sony, is 35 years old and still works fine), but that's it. But I'm so sick of how the text they show on the news or when you watch football games, can't be read on old TVs, nor can you see the entire picture anymore. So like I promised myself 2 years ago (only to break my promise), I swore again this year after the football season was over, that I will get a new TV before the next season gets here. So I got about 5 months now to get one I guess.

Yeah, me too, I may not be proud about it, but I don't care, either. I understand that I'm one of the very last humans on the planet who doesn't have a cell phone. I can count on one hand the number of times I've used one. I hate them and their terrible connections, half the time I speak on the phone now to others they seem to get cut off or I can't understand what they are saying because of broken connections.... I actually got an old used one for free 2 months ago when I got that free Lifeline service offered by the government, but the phone sent to me was no good and didn't work, so I never used it or the service. I'm suppose to get another one, but haven't yet, as I really don't want one..... I hate how the kids today are totally addicted to their phones. They got no real lives anymore other than looking down at their stupid phones all day texting. I tell ya, I bet 30 years from now these kids will all have neck problems!
