Powderhorn Mountain Resort is located 45 minutes east of Grand Junction, Colorado on the Grand Mesa. The ski area is more a place for families, beginner and intermediate skiers, than for more advanced skiers, but it does have a few steeper tree runs and boulder fields full of jumps and cliffs.

visitors this season, as their cams can no longer be viewed, other than on their
own site. So perhaps we should visit the other ski resorts' that do allow free
views - which are most of the other Colorado ski resorts)
