: Just one question, one you may have asked yourself recently: what does Keno have against Exile?

This came up last month here. I also get emails all the time too. I see someone below blames it on the fact that I'm a "hippie". Well shit, I wish I knew why I only like this album and don't love it like most Stones. But I do NOT have anything against it. It just isn't in my top ten list.

:Sure he likes Happy, Tumbling Dice and Sweet Virginia, but what about the rest of this staggering achievement?

There are other song that I like alot too, but there are a few that most fans love and I don't like.

:I think it might be the lack of "classic" rock tunes, a murky, muddy blues-based style.

No that's not it. I love the blues, that's why I love the Stones. But the album also has a jazz feel to it with all the horns and even thought I like some horns, maybe there is just too much on there for me. I was never that much into jazz.

:
: for the sake of brevity i'll hold off praising Exile, but anyone who agrees with my opinion, please let me know what you think. "Rocks Off" - the most infectious four minutes ever? ("Brown Sugar" it's only rival.)

Now there is a song with a lot of horns and I love that song, so then again....
