: I'd say Monkey Man's break is the Stones' most sublime instrumental break. Nineteenth Nervous Breakdown's break (pun intended) may not be as accomplished, but it sure does cook. All Down the Line's cauterizing slide solo and the conclusion of Sway are way up there too.
The end of Dandelion, with that great soprano saxophone, the heavy drumming and the repeated harpsichord-- very cosmic. That and the end of We Love You.
