The one hit song that sounds like the Stones, was "Rebel Rebel" by David Bowie. Bowie said he played and produced that one song to sound in that way because he wanted it to sound that way!

Then of course, there was that band from many years ago called, The Chesterfield Kings. No other bands sounded like the Stones as they did.
