Would it be correct to assume....

That ALL, or almost ALL live shows by the Stones in recent memory are professionally recorded? I would guess that they have done this with most shows of the last 20-25 years. There may be exceptions for one reason or another.

I believe that they will just keep cranking out more live albums. I think if you are alive 40 years from now there's a good chance there will be 25 more live albums!
