Bill Cosby will be sentenced this afternoon (NSC)

The prosecution is asking for the max -- 10 years with a ruling that he must do at least 5 years. Plus, they want therapy and courses mandatory before any early release is considered. He's already been labeled a 'Sexually Violent Predator', so it would be pretty mind blowing if he somehow avoided a prison term. His defense wants house arrest based on age. Yeah, he's 81 and he claims to have diminished eye-sight. But look at him on the video footage coming in and out of court.. he looks pretty healthy for 81.

I hope he gets the max, but that is probably doubtful. I am guessing he gets 5 years and will have to serve 3.

We'll see...
