Yes, that was the intent. But of course it did have very limited release in a couple of ways. "promo copies 'not for sale'" and also on some collection. Other than that, it's all bootlegs, I guess. Of course, the track is extremely easy to find and to acquire. Perhaps it will appear again on some giant, exhaustive box set in the future.
