So sorry, I need to stop posting late at night when I'm out of it. I'm getting "The Rain Song" song mixed up with "In the Light". TRS is a ton better song anyway and that's what I saw them play. JPJ plays keyboards on both songs (bass too of course). On TRS he's on mellotron for sure and when he played it live he didn't even play bass, nobody did from what I recall. Not sure what kind of keyboards he's playing on the other one.

There was a Gasser (or two) who used to post here who would put Led Zep down all the time, but they were as great as they sounded and the 2 times I saw them they put on a great show for just 4 guys up on stage, and with only 3 of them playing any instruments. Plant did have more of a studio voice in those days, which took a bit away from the song's sound when they played live, but those 3 guys playing up there sounded like a band of 8.
