Very good points, Keno. And I generally agree. I agree that the laws basically does protect people from being subjected to rules about how they must look on the job, with certain noted exceptions (food services, military, etc). We still do have some level of discrimination on this area that is very hard to police. You won't see a guy with face tattoos and a long beard serving you at McDonald's too often, or a wok ring at Walmart. Sometimes you might, but its doubtful. Obese people are also discriminated against, although that too might have exceptions which would be allowed.
