2 great John Lennon songs

Most of us here are getting long in the tooth and, speaking for myself, I have been through many phases, all of which, musically speaking, left a lasting affect on me. I knew the Beatles really well before I knew the Stones really well. And probably there are two JL songs I love more than 99% of Siones songs...maybe even all of them. And these are Dear Prudence and Real Love which was (the latter), I guess the last song the remaining Beatles worked on together. Both are eerily other worldly and in Dear Prudence it is clear that the ambiance of Rishikesh and the musical world around him there while the Beatles did TM, had its effect. Real Love is just a beautiful, beautiful song--and a fitting farewell for a musical genius.
