What a shock indeed! He was only 66 years old and one of my favorite performers. Saw him live a couple of times and both times he put on 2 of the best shows I've ever seen, he really knew how to work a crowd. Plus I don't know if anybody here ever listened to his Siriusxm radio show, but he was an excellent deejay, too, and his show was very fun to listen to each Saturday morning.
Tom was another former H user, and even years after stopping, most former users seem to not live to a very old age, that poison just destroys your body. RIP Tom Petty
