"Crimes committed in the U.S.that are considered heinous by society have no statue of limitations". I guess the question is, what crimes are considered heinous?
Great question, you would think that any rape would be a heinous crime, regardless of age, but clearly it isn't or this pig would be tried for all of them right now.
So child rape, murder, and maybe torture (?) would be the 3 main ones that I can think of. Brainwashing would be another one IMO, but I bet it isn't in all people's minds, and it goes by what society says is heinous. But how is raping and drugging dozen of different woman not heinous?
