I was thinking that this week's Blue poll would be another real close one, but so far it isn't at all. But it's only day one and there's still a lot of time to go.

Jim Morrison is in the lead right now in the first rock poll, yet I half don't understand why? To me he was a terrible frontman, showing up to many of his shows late, drunk, or cursing at his fans from the stage, and just not the kind of guy to lead your band, IMO. But I know how much the woman loved him (he was my late wife's favorite rocker) and sex appeal I guess should and does play a role here, as people like to look at whoever is upfront, and they want that person to look either pretty, or different.
