It depends on what you mean. Towards his fellow bandmates, Keith has been a total prick on many occasions, stating outright lies about his mates that he knows aren't close to being the truth. There's one exception to this, he loves Charlie and I have never heard him say a bad thing about the guy.
But when it comes to the fans, I think Keith and Mick are equals in how they treat them, but both seem to avoided the fans, too. Mick on tour has his own group of the same people who he hangs with and nobody new can get into that group, while Keith was more a loner while on the road, staying in this hotel room most of time. Yet in regular life off the road he wasn't that way, hell, he and Anita while living in the south of France (during the time that Exile was being made) pretty much had a hippie commune going there with all the people they had living there at their rented mansion on the water.
