Hey, you get old and you lose some memory, it happens to those who don't drink, too. My parents had one glass of wine for dinner every single night of their lives, and my dad lived to 87 (and he smoked cigs until he was in his 50s), mom almost made it to 92. So the hell to that study, we all will die sooner or later, that's the bottom line, and we all need something in life to help us get by. As Ray Charles sang "It ain't no harm, if you're takin' just a taste". No, not all all, and we all need a good drink or toke once in a while to get by! You have no problem, gomper!
