steel wls nailed it! It's Mick wring most of the lyrics while Keith works on the riffs as they both bounce off each other.

Mick will go down as one off the very best song writers ever in rock history. He has an idea in his head and starts writing down his thoughts turning it into another great Stones song. He worked very hard to master this art. Just go to the lyric page on Gasx3 and read their songs lyrics. Their lyrics are just incredible. Just read Brown Sugar. Mick knows all about history, politics, religion----read the lyrics to SFTD. Brilliant, smart, clever lyrics! Mick & Keith, the very best.

We must mention the Fabs. They were also brilliant. We all know their amazing collection of music with incredible lyrics. For me, I prefer the Lyrics of Mick/Keith personally. They just are so true about breaking hearts, love, life, history and religion. Their all great.
