With that said, if two of these three greats were playing You Can't Always Get What You Want, would you actually dare to say that they would not be doing it as "The Stones"?

Well in the case of that song, of the current Stones, only the Glimmers played on the studio version of that one, so maybe a different song should be used as an example.

If one of the Glimmers passes first, then that's it for the Stones, and I believe that the other Glimmer will say so. If Charlie or Ronnie passes first, at this late in the game I got a feeling the same thing might now apply, but in Ron's case they may not say it's the end.

Then again, knowing the Glimmers, if they lost one of their other 2 mates in the next year, and then say 10 years from now they were both still alive and still in good shape, and the other surviving Stone was also still in good shape, it won't surprise me at all (if I'm still around myself to be surprised) if they did a show or 2 as the Stones, either. Plus, if Bill and MT are also still around at that time, they just might invite the 2 to rejoin them at that late in the game. Yes, a 90 year old Bill up on stage playing bass with 'em again!

The crazy thing is, in 10 years from now, Ron would be 80 and Mick a month away from 84, yet they would have 3 children between them who they were raising who will still be preteens! But the more important question would be, would Mick and Bill still be chasing skirts at 84 and 90?
