Good for you manny! Be glad you had no polyps, if so, you would have to get another one in 2 years, that's what keeps happening to me.
But no, there's a lot worst things in life to go through, like having that work done on the other end. That's painful, and if you're unlucky like me and some other guys, and get bad results, you will need a prostatectomy where they remove part of or all of your prostate. That they totally knock you out for of course, but the recovery is hell. You got to wear a catheter for a day or 2, and then after that's removed, every time you pee for the next week you have real bad burning pain, and if you fall into the 10% of recovering patients, like I did, it burns for a full month later. Yet if you need to get it done, you can't put it off unless you want to die a lot sooner than later. Yet some guys don't even want to let their doctor's put a finger up their butt to test to see if they even got a enlarged prostate, and that's the easiest of the 3 steps to all of this, and every guy over 50 should have this done once a year. If you don't have that done, you are a fool, IMO, since it's so simple to get done and takes about 30 seconds to do. But the other 2 procedures are another story, yet most men don't ever have to get that done.
