I think it is fifty fifty whethrr he gets to the end of his term. Realistically the only thing likely to get him booted out is if his own Republican party turns on him due to some scandal that cannot be hushed up. Then there might be a two thirds majority for impeachment. There is no chance of the electoral college system being changed anytime soon. In 1934 a motion for change was defeated by two votes--and that has been the closest ever so far. There are too many vested interests and the two thirds majority needed for constitutional change makes it a steep ask. I think internal pressure and scandals might push Trump to get involved big time in some foreign war--and in the end this might be his best chance of surviving 4 years as scandals will be put on the back burner if the US is involved in some big foreign war.
