That's crazy to compare! The Stones event was put on for free, not to make a ton of money or to rip off fans, it was the total opposite of Fyre if anything.

Yes, both festivals had major problems, but at least the Altamont acts did take place and played (other than the Dead's set didn't happen), and yes, at Altamont 5 fans were killed, not just the one that was caught on tape. Sad, yes, but it still happened, whereas Fyre was nothing but a ripoff with non talented performers who never played.
